Where things stand

Jeddle is past the cold start. The product works, the brand is sharp, the audience is real - 50,000+ students and teachers across 150+ schools, an Edrolo distribution partnership covering school billing, and a content surface area that already pulls organic traffic against curriculum-aligned, prescribed-text queries.

With initial setup work complete - tracking, ad accounts, analytics foundations, and the core campaign structure - the next phase is ongoing management. The lever now is compounding what's already there: keeping paid efficient, surfacing the long-tail of organic search Jeddle is uniquely positioned to win, and tightening the path from free 100-credit signup to Plus ($9/mo) to Pro ($99/mo).

Three retainer tiers below. Each builds on the one before. All include managed Meta and Google ads and a custom Jeddle marketing dashboard - the things to vary are SEO depth and how far we go on the conversion side of the funnel. The shape of the opportunity: Jeddle's pricing ladder runs Free → Plus ($9/mo) → Pro ($99/mo) - an 11x jump from Plus to Pro that rewards every percentage point of conversion lift. Combined with a content footprint that already has 30+ prescribed-text landing pages and an audience that lives on TikTok and Instagram, the math says paid acquisition + SEO + lifecycle/CRO are the three highest-leverage motions to keep running in parallel.

Quick Wins

Schema markup rollout across key page types (Course, FAQ, Article, Organization). Core Web Vitals page-speed suggestions and fixes. WordPress plugin recommendations (caching, image optimisation, schema, redirects). First batch of content suggestions for priority pages. Internal linking quick wins. Title tag and meta description rewrites across top-traffic pages.

Content & AI Search

Optimisation briefs for thin prescribed-text pages (Hag-Seed, 1984, The Crucible, etc.). AI search visibility work - FAQ structured data, llms.txt, conversational query targeting for ChatGPT and Perplexity. Site-wide image optimisation and alt text audit. Backlink audit and outreach roadmap built.

M04

Scale Content

First batch of optimised pages live. Topical cluster mapping for English Advanced and English Standard. Featured snippet targeting on high-volume queries. Backlink outreach kickoff. Early ranking signals reported on the dashboard.

M05

Compound

Second batch of optimised pages live. Conversion-optimised SEO landing pages aligned to paid campaigns (so Tier 01 paid ads benefit from the same pages). Video SEO - repurpose existing TikTok and YouTube content into search-visible formats. Mid-tail keyword expansion.

M06

Review & Plan

Full quarterly review against the tracked keyword set. Ranking, organic traffic, and signups attributable to organic. Roadmap refresh for the next six months. Content production cadence locked in. Decisions on whether to expand into related subjects, new state curricula, or teacher-facing SEO.

M07+

Ongoing Monthly Cadence

From month seven onwards the program runs against the standing monthly scope: technical health re-checks, on-page optimisation, content briefs, ranking tracking, AI search visibility, competitor SERP monitoring, and a rolling content production pipeline. Quarterly content gap analysis and roadmap refresh continues.

Tier 03 in parallel: for Tier 03 clients, the CRO and lifecycle work runs alongside this roadmap from month one - VWO installed and first tests live in month 1-2, lifecycle email recommendations in month 2-3, then monthly cadence after that. Two compounding programs, one set of weekly check-ins.
